  I am very saddened to see Mr Hatcher of Sutton Bedfordshire, negative review here & I must reply & give Popes Caravans side as he has NOT told the whole story or truth here. Mr Hatcher purchased a USED Elddis caravan from us several years ago which still had remaining manufacturers warranty on it, the problem arouse as Mr Hatcher failed to maintain a annual service on the caravan which he had been advised by me Mr Pope Jnr to do so when he purchased the caravan as all Manufacturers Insist to uphold the warranty a annual service must be carried out within the anniversary of the date of purchase Mr Hatcher failed to do this so as a consequence the manufacturer would declined any warranty issues we did however carry out a few warranty issues on the caravan when he first purchased the Elddis. As I recall as this was some years ago now Mr Pope Snr merely was advising Mrs Hatcher firstly the Elddis hadn't received its annual service by a considerable time scale plus the price of our security locks in our accessory shop she left & there was NO mention then or since of Mr Pope Snr being Unhelpful.
